    getItemAt for Combobox using variation of syntax

    Neat Gadget

      I have looked at the documentation

      http://www.adobe.com/support/flash/action_scripts/actionscript_dictionary/actionscript_dic tionary219.html

      But I have a slightly different syntax I need to use.

      form[i].getItemAt(form[i].selectedIndex).label

      where form is a movieclip and i refers to the combobox element in the movieclip

      I am using a loop to go through each element in the movieclip

      for (var i in form) {

      }

      This works fine.

      But trying to use the following to get the selected data and label from a combobox does not work

      form[i].getItemAt(form[i].selectedIndex).label

      or

      form[i].getItemAt(form[i].selectedIndex).data

      Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong?
