I've been experimenting all day trying to see if I can better leverage both Flash Professional and Flash Builder. So in Flash Professional, I have a designer that creates a bouncy cool dialog that is meant to be a shell for Flex components. This shell moves around, scales, etc all around the stage. Using the Flex Component Kit for Flash Professional (http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=flex_skins#fxcompkit) he exports the swf as a swc container. I then import the Swc that it was generated into my Flex app to see how it worked. It did import succesfully, and I was able to insert components as children, however nothing moved.
I'm going to assume this is a limitation of the UIComponent class hierarchy in Flex itself; does anyone know of a way of doing this automatically? Or has anyone been able to pull this off?
