I downloaded the latest Flex Hero SDK (220.127.116.1186) to try the new native cursors. They work great if I create a web project, but if I create an AIR project the MouseCursorData class can't be found.
I tried modifying the namespace xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/air/application/2.5" to 2.6 but that leads to an error.
How can I fix this problem?
Are you setting target-player=11.0.0 in Flex Compiler arguments? That is a must.
I left the player on the default 10.2. With the argument -target-player=11.0.0 the following error appears:
unable to open 'C:\Flex\18.104.22.16886\frameworks\libs\player\11.0\playerglobal.swc'
Maybe it's a problem with the Flash Builder 4. I read about a problem where the wrong xml file is loaded to compile the files, but I don't quite remember what file should be changed to fix it.
