    If Statement

      Hello All,

How would you tell a movieclip button to  check to see if movie1.swf is loaded, and if movie1.swf is loaded go to and play the frame in movie1.swf?

If movie1.swf is not loaded, I don't want movie1.swf to go to and play.

Use the MovieCLipLoader class to load the swf and you can assign a listener so that you can tell when it is loaded (and assign functionality to that button once it is, not before).  Look up the MovieClipLoader.addListener in the help documents for example code.
