1. Re: Overscroll Always... For Windows?
SG... Feb 10, 2011 1:56 PM (in response to Noel Carboni)Hi Noel,
There is no 'Overscroll Always' registry script for Windows. The document you sourced is incorrect. I'll point it out and have that revised, thx.

2. Re: Overscroll Always... For Windows?
Noel Carboni Feb 10, 2011 2:10 PM (in response to SG...)Thanks, SG. I thought that might be the case (I saw that Photoshop is not trying to access any registry entries containing "overscroll") but I thought I'd ask.
It'd be great if you guys would make such a plug-in available for we lowly Windows users.

Dr Missile Feb 14, 2011 1:39 PM (in response to SG...)Just wanted to second Noel's sentiment that full-time windowed overscrolling would be really helpful. Thanks

6. Re: Overscroll Always... For Windows?
Noel Carboni Feb 17, 2011 6:45 PM (in response to SG...)Well, 3 Windows users and the entire Mac community, for whom you already have a nice plug-in that enables it.
In all seriousness, thanks, Steve!
Being able to pan freely in Windowed mode could also help folks wanting to see the Taskbar in full screen mode, because a workaround could be to run Photoshop "windowed" and the only downside would then be several lost pixels of space around the edges.

8. Re: Overscroll Always... For Windows?
Noel Carboni Mar 16, 2011 5:41 AM (in response to Dr Missile)Just a wild guess, but it seems very unlikely at this point this fix will be released for Photoshop CS5, now that almost a full year's gone by since the release. If Adobe's roughly "every 18 months" release schedule is on track, Photoshop CS6 development should be well on its way. I hope the problem is fixed in there at least.
