I have not found this anywhere answered. I have Adobe Creative Suite 2 Premium Education. Does the educational version of CS2 only work for a select number of years after initial purchase? The entire package brought up an error message basically stating that my license code was incorrect and asked to re-enter the information. We re-entered the code from the packaging and the software refused to accept it. So it basically rendered all my program unusable.
So does the educational product only work a couple years?
And, can I upgrade this at all?
Do I have to purchase a completely new program suite?
I ended up having to re-purchase photoshop.
Hello Laura, there are definitely some limitations with Adobe's academic editions (eg, you can't upgrade), but product expiration shouldn't be one of them...
You may have run into some more generic license activation issues, which can happen from time to time and could be solved only by contacting Adobe.
