We have Acrobat 9 Pro Extended on a Windows XP OS. We are wondering if there is a way to create a PDF where the TOC bookmarks are collapsed by default - i.e. only displaying the top level bookmarks until you expand a book. Currently no matter what we do, the TOC displays all the bookmarks.
