Try installing the Flash debug player:
http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html (make sure to get the debug version and not the regular version!)
If you copied a swf from a server deployment to your local machine, I imagine the SWF is missing some necessary resource that is also deployed on the server. The debug player may show you an actionscript error which may lead you to realize what resource is missing.
For a less elegant method, just try copying over the entire release directory that your SWF is in, so that you pull over any resource the SWF may need.
Well, for the second error, use
if(ExternalInterface.available)[ ExternalInterface.call("method"); }
before you actuall call. That should be fixed.
For the second problem, it is the path problem for the images, please try using relative paths rather than absolute path.

I copied both my project html and .swf file and open that .swf in html , but its just open login screen .
but i am unable to login..as my server is running also...
I changed in Global Security Settings panel to Always allow and trust in:
Now its not asking any security issues and no Errors...but i am unable to login..as my server is running also...
