Hi, could you provide the necessary screenshots and paste the install log if it occurs during AIR Runime installation?

For the install log location, please view this page http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/839/cpsid_83989.html

Thanks,

I solved it for Accuweather as it works with Adobe Air 1.5

uninstall latest version of Adobe Air by going to Control Panel - Uninstall a program

restart the computer

then download Adobe Air 1.5.3 runtime from this site

http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/853/cpsid_85304.html

install it.

Hi, I installed AIR 1.5.3 and AIR app "AccuWeather.com Stratus" on my Win7, then AIR triggered background update and updated to AIR 2.5.1. It works well on both versions. Could you list the detail steps and paste the install log if this issue still can be reproduced on your Windows?

For AIR install log location:

    AIR 2.0 install log: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/839/cpsid_83989.html
