    Using Ajax and Framework and Application Variables

    Evik-James

      My application uses a framework and the index.cfm file to create all content.

      My index file:

      <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
      <head>
      </head>
      <body>

      <div id="body">
      <div id="content">
      <cfscript>
           include "requestedcontent.cfm";
      </cfscript>
      </div>
      </div>

      </html>

      Obviously, a lot goes on in requestedcontent.cfm.

      When I have a page that renders to the browser, and then I make an Ajax call from that page, my page tries to include our entire site in the page that is returned to the page that made the request.  So, I get the old "page within a page" thing.

      Is there anyway to stop an Ajax request from requesting an entire new page be returned withing the contents of the existing page?
