Flex is a language MXML & Action Script that allows one to
programmatically build Flash SWF files. Using the Flex Builder or a
text editor with the free compiler, one creates MXML objects and
compiles them into a flash application. There are many usefully objects
to create RIA interfaces and interact with dynamic data.
