shooternz Mar 1, 2011 11:41 AM (in response to Colin Brougham)Interesting. I didnt even know that there were VU meters in AEFX.
Must take a look for them.
What type of precision is being asked for here?

4. Re: Is it possible to make the audio meters more precise?
Colin Brougham Mar 1, 2011 11:47 AM (in response to shooternz)In my opinion, the meters should scale to fit the panel they're in. I don't know if it's a matter of making the meters more precise, as it is making them more useful; increasing the scale would make it easier to visually tell the difference between -6dB and -12dB. The graduations are too close, as it is.
My two bits...

nexgenVP Mar 1, 2011 12:16 PM (in response to Colin Brougham)I agree that it should scale with the panel, just like in After Effects.
I will definately follow the link and request the levels to scale with the panel. Thanks for that link Colin.
