TOC but no context

I am trying to generate a help file (*.chm) for my list of help file topics and I keep getting a complete toc but no context...nothing in each title.

I'm using Robohelp 3.0

Can someone please help?

Are we possibly using or trying to view our compiled .CHM from a LAN drive?
