FB4 CTRL Mouseover declarations not working

FlashBuilder suddently stopped showing the declarations when you control mouseover and well as F3 and or right click shortcut Open Declaration both are not working.

Other projects it works. This does not. Did clean. Did shut down both FB and Mac.

The project is an Actionscript project.

UPDATE: All the declarations in the Outline panel are also gone as well as in the Package Explorer. The opening or pressing of the outline node in the Package Explorer appears to cause one or two dialogs that go by quickly and on looks like it may be rebuilding the project.

UPDATE:

Solved. Accidently created a new project in the parent folder of other projects that were experiencing this problem. Once I deleted the project that I created, it seems to have resolved.

Interestingly the other projects would run and compile, but just would not show the code declarations.
