It is correct that Apple doesn't support Flash in the browser, nor AIR. But, you can still use Flash Platform technologies to create native iOS applications.
The support in Burrito will most likely be related to the Flash iOS packager which was released as part of Flash CS5 and is available for use as a command line tool on adobe labs. It allows you to use compile a Flash SWF into a native iOS application.
is Run at ios need install adobe Air on my iphone ?
You do not need to install Adobe AIR on an iPhone to use Flex applications.
When the Flex application is packaged the AIR runtime is packaged with it into the final .ipa file.
