    Security error accessing url

So I'm using Flex with Coldfusion Webservices. Everything works fine as far as I tested. So I publish the work to a production server. Now, a small few of the users using the flex app get the error below everytime they try to use the app. Everytime I run it trying to reproduce the error and I can't. Thoughts?

(Just for giggles... I did a crossdomain.xml to the site root)
