I do NOT know if the 330m will work, but the nVidia Hack http://forums.adobe.com/thread/629557?tstart=0 - which is a simple entry in a "supported cards" file

In other words yes, an nVidia 330M can be enabled in a PC to make MPE hardware acceleration available. Let us know if it works on your Mac
Ive tried doing the hack on my mac and I found out that I only have 255MB of dedicated video memory and you need 765MB.
