We are experiencing issues when attempting to display our
help on a PC with Vista such that an extra blank window displays
when you attempt to launch it. We've found that if we enable the IE
7 setting "Display video and animation on a webpage that does not
use external media player," then help launches properly. However,
on a PC with XP and IE 7 we don't have that setting enabled and it
works the help is fine. Has anyone experienced this?
