I wouldn't think this would matter.. but apparently it does.
I have an FLV file that will not play when downloaded from my web
server. It will play when referenced in the local directory
however. I tried with a video file I made a while back and that had
no issues.. worked fine.
Made in windows movie maker (not by me), then I used Super to
encode the FLV for use in flex.
Made in Premiere Pro, and used Super to encode the FLV.
