I've got my column set to add to a total line. My question is, is there anyway to edit the total to be different regardless of the figures in the column?
For example, I have a column of quote prices for a customer but I don't want them to actually see the itemized totals so I'll just leave them blank and have my total price quote. The problem now is that if I leave them blank I can't just enter a total in the total quote line because it is set to add the column.
Why not just make the individual quotes hidden?
You could make a non-printable button that shows/hides the column of fields.
Do I have to go through and set this up for every single field? Also, I don't have much experience with the buttons. I've got it to work but the button doesn't toggle off and on in the preview. Is there a way to set it to toggle off and on?
