Hi all,
I have been reported that in CHMs that are produced on a computer with Win7 64bit certain characters (Umlauts) are missing in the Glossary when viewed on other computers with WinXP. Is there any solution about this, and is the OS of the producing computer the problem at all?
Regrettably the forum search is not working right now and yields 0 results no matter what I enter, so please excuse if there already is a thread to this topic.

Hi there
Likely the answer to this will be that you need the 64 bit version of the HHActiveX.DLL. I believe that DLL only ships with RoboHelp 9. If you don't have RoboHelp 9, you could try downloading the trial and using the DLL from it to see if it helps.
Cheers... Rick
