Are there risks if I don't delete the folder with the useless files?
What will happen if I install the latest version of the adobe reader and deinstall it again? Same problem?

The normal recommendation is to remove all traces of previous installations before
making a new one. Otherwise, interferences between common files make render the new installation useless.
Ah, I read an arcticle about "ownership of files". I often tried to get rights for this folder and now it worked!
Without problems I deleted the folders with the useless traces. Thanks for help.
Now I will install acrobat of my cs5 suite.
Get userrights (just google it) of the adobe reader folder and delete it.
