I have created a 2 page form in Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.0. The second page I need to be able to have it "Spawn" if the user needs to have more than 1 page of the second page. I know that Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.0 does not allow 'spawning' but I understand there is another method for recreating the second page by clicking a button. Does anyone know what the javascripts, etc. needed to make this happen?
