Apologies if I'm in the wrong forum but when I print a PDF, I get a very annoying message across the top of the page saying
PDF Complete. Your comp, limentary use period has ended, clcik here to upgrade to unlimited pages and expanded features. When i try and download from this notice, it telle me i already have the upgraded version.
Im not the most pc literate person so bear with me please if there is something simple i should be doing
First, we need to know exactly what product you are using to open/print PDF files.
That doesn't sound like anything Adobe Reader would mention (since it's free and there is no "complementary" period).
I'm using PDF complete special edition
That isn't an Adobe product. You'll want to find their support forums (if they have any).
Sounds like you downloaded a trial of their software and the trial period is up.
If all you want to do is view and print PDF files, download Adobe Reader at http://get.adobe.com/reader/
