Is that hardware or software?
Does the vendor say it is designed to be installed in Premiere Pro CS5?
Does the vendor provide instructions on HOW to install in Premiere Pro CS5?

Harm Millaard Jun 19, 2011 11:25 PM (in response to Phoenicianvideo)John,
10 GB is not possible on that platform. 12 GB (3 x 4 GB) would be the minimum.
The video card must be a typo. You meant the GTX 560 Ti, right?
You will need many more parts, like a case, fans, CPU cooler, PSU and most important, hard disks.

Harm Millaard Jun 26, 2011 4:06 AM (in response to Phoenicianvideo)John,
You are unclear as to who you are asking for a reply.
But the symptoms you describe are very likely caused by an ill-tuned, underspecced system. Hard to say without details, that are severely lacking.
Look here: Some suggestions... and answer at least the 16 questions at the end of the Wiki article.

You must have a serious problem because that is a pretty good configuration. In addition to Harm's request for more detail please try running our PPBM5 (Premiere Pro Benchmark) and send in the results so we might be able to help identify any problem area. One possible problem might be something is overheating causing those timeouts. Do you have a CPU temperature monitoring program to see what is happening to it?
