BLANK PAGE errors during recording

When I access a member site and click a link that generates a popup everything works fine. When I do the same thing during recording the POP happens but shows zero content and is labeled BLANK PAGE with About:Blank Below it and the text Done at the bottom of the window. Im assuming that Captivate is causing a security issue and Im being Denied access to the pop up content. I could be very wrong because I can still access all the content that is not POP related.
