Mac full screen has title bar

I have a strange problem with a fullscreen projector (Flash Player 9) on Mac OS X. It works fine normally, but if the user has installed Flash Player 8 then it goes not-quite-fullscreen and displays a title bar for the window. Uninstalling, reinstalling 9 and removing prefs, etc, don't work.

I am having the same issue. I am using a pre-intel mini and when I open the projector, finder goes away and the window has the title bar. Tried my projector on an Intel mini and worked fine. Tried just the swf on the pre-intel and open fullscreen fine. I unfortunately don't have an answer but maybe that gives more info on the problem.
