Newer CFB 2 builds available?

Are newer builds to CFB 2 beta available? The one I have is Build 277151 from the original download. The update functionality in the beta is apparently turned off (greyed out) and I don't see a download site on Adobe.

I have not heard of any publicly available new builds. If so, they (or at least word of them) would be listed on labs.adobe.com.
