Just a general question, does anyone else have issues with Adobe's support? It all has to be via the website, no phone support in my country. Raised the issue at the start of March, still waiting at the end of March. Loved everything about Flash when Macromedia were running it, but is Adobe just getting too big for themselves?
I doubt you will be able to find a majority of folks that have been pleased with the direction support has been taking these days (years).
If you have a customer support issue, the forums are not the place to resolve them. One option you might try is to send an email to: email@example.com. Others have gotten results going that route where other attempts have failed.
