    navigateToURL issues

      I'm getting an issue where the below is not working, the _PageUrl is just something like http://localhost/somepage/ and the _someVariable is just a string such as "t12"

      navigateToURL(new URLRequest( _PageURL + "?taskId=" + _someVariable),"_parent");

      it's almost like its getting blocked, the code is running on windows server 2008, in ie6.

      I've made sure that the web page is set to be a trusted site, not sure why the above doesn't work. (this code is running on other servers where it is working fine)

      if anyone has any ideas for me to try would be appreciated.

      as a side note although related is there any way to see why the navigateToURL hasn't worked ?

          I prefer to send the parameters as shown below (defined inside the HTTPService), than the way you're doing.

          I hope this will be helpful!
