Of course. In fact, there are a number of ways to do it in Timeline mode.
The simplest is to right-click on each clip on your timeline and select Unlink Audio and Video. You can then move, edit or even delete the audio and video portion of this clip separately.

I think you meant "Unlink Audio and Video", but that made me laugh because with my amateur-ish abilities I think I need an "Unlike Video" function.
