You should use a sequence setting that matches your intended delivery format.
Also, is there a sepia filter in Ppro
You can get a decent sepia look using "Tint" along with "Brightness and Contrast".
Effects > Video Effects > Color CorrectionIf you need more control of your tinting, you might consider doing your
color correction / tinting in After Effects. -

You can do that but it is kind of restrictive down the track if you need a delivery in a higher rez or dimension..
Match your Sequence settings to your source with a consideration to your end delivery format and possible future formats.
