We have recently upgraded Adobe Reader 9 to X(300+ Systems) and facing hanging issue opening/saving in network. Also not able to close using Taskmanager/Proccess until logging of the system. We have tried disabling 'Protected mode' also not works.
Is there any solution to avoid this issue?

Without details it is hard to diagnose. I'd recommend uninstall Adobe Reader X, make sure there are no traces of any previous version of Reader in your registries, then try re-installing Reader X. If you are still having problems give us more information about the OS, version of Reader X, network and file protocol being used on the network.
This happens only when saving the pdf after adding comments. Pdfs are comment enabled using Acrobat 8/9 Professional and comments are marked using Reader X Update 1.
