When I tried to buy my first ebook from WHSmith, I clicked 'buy now' and got the message fulfillment error. But I checked my device and my PC and my Adobe ID and they're all registered and activated. What am I doing wrong?
It may not be you. I don't have any direct experience with WHSmith, but the
error sounds like it's being generated at or from something at their site,
not your ADE. I'd start by checking what the process is at their site.
