    Printing Issues




      I have just downloaded & installed Adobe Reader X (Version 10.0.1), and I've run into some issues.


      The main issue is that it is impossible to print any pdf files through Adobe Reader, no matter what settings I try, or what document I'm trying to print. As soon as I click "OK", Reader will crash.

      In Adobe Reader 9, I could print with no problems (and files didn't take 2 minutes to open).
      I did some troubleshooting and found that Adobe Reader X could print the same files on my secondary OS, Windows XP Pro (x86), whereas they could not on my primary OS, W7 Ultimate (x64).
      I tried it on another PC with Windows 7 Ultimate (x86), and it worked. Files still took forever to open, however.
      It is obvious that Adobe Reader X has some compatibility issues with 64bit, and maybe Windows 7 in general, as files opened instantaneously in XP on the same machine.
      If anybody has a fix or work-around for these issues, it would be greatly appreciated!
