I very much doubt that any of the 5 first items is a program. And Adobe reccomends not to have both Acrobat al Reader installed in the same Win machine. Only thing is that, if you want to get rid of one of them, it is advisable to remove both completely and only then reinstall the one you want.
And if you have to worry about a mere 700 MB of HD space, I would think that you are in great need of a larger disk...

No, Reader does very little more than "reading" (opening) PDF files...
