Hi - I guess your first problem is that you aren't quite phrasing your question correctly - hense the lack of answers.
What you are after (I think) is a DROP DOWN MENU which can be 'rolled up' or hidden.
Here is a link to a video on YouTube - I *think* it's originally from the LYNDA.COM tutorial videos - and it shows a roll-out navigation menu being made in Flash Catalyst: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Re5qOAVkCO4
Hope it helps.
Hello - yes, reading back over my question I didn't phrase it very well. Yes, I was after a drop-menu that I could hide. Thank you for the video I am studying that now and hopefully will have a go at this this afternoon (after which I will report back).
I'm surprised a drop-down menu wasn't covered in the basic Adobe Catalyst tutorials - it's such a basic piece of navigational functionality. Though I guess my hidden mode is a littel more advanced.
Once again, thanks for the reply.
Hoo-ray! It works. I now have a very simple animated drop-down menu. Many thanks
