Click on the audio track while holding down the ALT key...and drag it back into synch.

Another thing you can do is right-click the frame offset display (those are the numbers in the red label) and select "Move Into Sync." If you click on the audio portion of the clip, it will move; click on the video portion to move it.
If there was a 'Master Mind for Premiere' Colin...you would win it !
