I called Adobe Store and ordered Acrobat Professional. I gave my address. My address at the store is correct, but they shipped to the wrong address in the wrong state. After 30 min on the phone with no answer, I tried to contact them by email. The store no longer has email contact. Who, other than bbb.org, can I contact to get the expensive item I paid for? Adobe used to be a responsive company. I guess this is a sign of the times.
For others: Adobe chat does not help. They give wrong phone numbers and say only
help is by phone. Four unsuccessful calls with over 30 min wait time so far....
A year ago they gave email and support message contact methods.
I totally agree with it. 2 hours waiting for an answer on the telephone? No email support? What kind of service is this?
