I have a PDF file sent to me and I would like to review it and mark it up with changes, i.e. deletions, additions, comments which appear in review column, track changes, accept changes, etc. I have the current adobe reader and am using a PC with Windows7 and Office 7. Is there any way that I can do this? I used to do it with my previous computer and software.
Adobe Reader X supports use of Highlighter and Sticky Notes. For anything else the PDF must be Reader enabled by Acrobat Pro. If you are using an Adobe Reader prior to release X no comments or markups can be done made unless the PDF has been Reader enabled
