When I convert a Visio file that is in landscape format to PDF, the PDF settings default to printing portrait. I've noticed that even if I update my PDF settings to landscape, when I the PDF to someone it automatically reverts back to portrait (probably their default settings). Is it possible to make it so Adobe keeps my page setup when I email the document?
My goal is to create flowcharts in Visio, and convert them to PDF with specific page setups (landscape, portrait with specific layouts). I've been having issues emailing my charts to groups of people that all need to make, sometimes tricky, page layout changes for it to print correctly.
Thanks for any help you can provide!
I just talked to an IT friend that says I need Adobe Pro, not Adobe Reader.
