After working with a custom List component, I am blocked by the fact that the Label text is not centered vertically in the list item. It looks to be about 1-2 pixels too high.
Inside my ItemRenderer I have tried forcing the 'y' property, only to find that apparently there is nothing I can do to the label that will alter it's position.
After going through the Spark List page on Adobe, I noticed that all of the examples they had on the page, all contained Label's that also looked to be off-center vertically. Now I am wondering if it is something I am missing, or something that simply can't be edited.
Anyone have any feedback on this?
You should be able to make a custom item renderer that does whatever you
want. I don't think there are parameters you can set on the default item
It is a custom item renderer.
And the Label inside that renderer refuses to shift vertical position no matter what I do.
IT seems that I had to add padding to the Label. That was the only wayI could find to center it.
