Make graphics in a datagrid "clickable."

    learner_doug Level 1

Can you place a clickable graphic along side text in a datagrid?  Each graphic does something different (runs a function to load a selected swf)If so, what might be a good approach?

It would look something like this:

      DataGrid

      1.  Some Text with a graphic on the right    ViewInteractive_OW.png

      2.  Some Text with a graphic on the right    ViewInteractive_OW.png

      3.  Some Text with a graphic on the right    ViewInteractive_OW.png

      Any help is appreciated.

      Thanks,

      Doug

obviously yu would use itemrenderer, and pass the url of the swf that you would like to load on click of the image in each OBject of the array collection which is the data provider to the list.

Since you wwant the whole thing to be loosely couple you would create a custom event which pases this url when ever the user clicks on the graphic in the itemrenderer. The parent classwhere the DG is located should be responsible to catch this event and load the swf mentioned in the url.
