So I have a project in which I need to remove a flag from behind a talking head's shoulder. I played a little with keying and that is not going to work - too much overlap in colors. The only way I can think to do it is to hand animate a mask, but I am not seeing how to do it. I can draw the mask, but I am not seeing where to set the keyframes to animate it. Am I missing something? Should I be using a matte instead? Is there another way to do this? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Keyframe the mask shape property.

Thanks for the help! In CS5 you have to keyframe the Mask Path which is counter intuitive naming in my mind, but once I figure that out I was good to go!
