For the past two weeks, I have not been able to create a PDF Online using the printer function. I have reinstalled the printer numerous times with no change. All was working great up to about two weeks ago and seemed to coincide with an email received from Adobe (that I may not have read close enough) indicating changes to Creating a PDF Online were coming?
In any event, I am using Windows XP Professional and have not been able to use the printer function. I have tried it on two different computers and neither work.
I have started two web cases and have not received a response from either webcase from Adobe (mind you they don't mind charging my credit card).
Can anyone offer any insight to both the problem and the lack of response from Adobe?
