Many web sites (YouTube, Facebook, for instance) re-encode your video when you post it to their sites. In other words, they take it and change it into a fast-loading Flash video file. This is why whatever you put on YouTube looks like much lower quality when you play it on the site.
This process usually only takes a couple of minutes. But longer and higher-definition videos can take a bit longer.
Just be patient. Check in in half an hour or so. Your video should eventually appear.
You can post directly to YouTube directly from the program -- but here's a way to get the best quality:
Use the same process to create your video for Facebook, then use Facebook's video uploading tools to load it to the site.
Much more information can be found in my books, available Amazon and at Premiere Elements support site Muvipix.com.
I uploaded to Photoshop.com nearly 48 hours ago....YouTube didn't take it
twice on Tuesday...I need to see if I saved it right to view again too
Have you tried the method described in the link above???!
Not yet am not home now...
Can you try to upload the clips directly to Photoshop.com ? Maybe the PS.com site was not working at the time when you uploaded the video.
I did and 48 hours later "still processing"....haven't looked since I was
referred to Forums, busy moving and end of semester work....Adobe sent me
here, think next tax season I will get a MacBook Pro and for $100 I can get
one hour a week of one on one hands on help for 50 weeks plus free
workshops....am not computer savvy...I told Adobe this, I buy their product
and now can't get Customer Service....so what did for my money
Oh....couldn't get them on to YouTube....can't convert or content too
long...and managed to make a clip but unable to write content, don't know
how...I did find my box and booklet when I unpacked some boxes in my move so
I will do some reading
Can you post a screenshot of the error that you are getting? Also, are you able to upload directly to Photoshop.com or youtube.com?
In and out of town moving the last of my stuff...will take me a few days to
refocus on this, end of semester coming up too...but YouTube attempt was
either too long or can't convert....Photoshop.com was 48 hours of
"converting to format to be read in your browser" and another screen had a
small square in the middle reading "processing" and a box came up when the
cursor was put on it stating something similar...thank you
