Adobe form designed in LiveCycle integrated with Sharepoint

I created a form in LiveCycle and want it to tie to a List in my Sharepoint site. Does anyone know if this is possible. The LiveCycle I have is a trial version and want to see if it will work for the requirements we have in the company. Please help.
