I'm looking at the Properties of a PDF document on a Windows computer (right-click on PDF file in Windows Explorer -> choose Properties). Inside there are three tabs, General, PDF and Details. The General and the Details tabs show the exact same date and time for Created and Modified of the PDF. The "PDF" tab however shows a different time for Modified then the other two tabs. It's off by about 33 minutes which isn't much, but in the investigation I'm doing that 33 minutes is going to be important.
Does anyone have any information as to where the PDF tab is getting its information as compared to the other two tabs, and why they are not the same? Thanks in advance! BTW, I've been able to confirm this same behavior in many PDF files from very different sources. Also, I noticed that the times between General and PDF are off in the Hours columm by about 2 hours, but I'm cracking that up to a time zone difference so that one doesn't bother me much. I'm more bothered about why the General tab shows Minutes of 38 for Created but the PDF tab shows 05 for minutes. Thanks again!

This information is stored in the PDF document.
Hmm. Well, that's helpful but maybe I should have been more direct in my question. Why would the two modified dates be different? Even if one date is tracked by the PDF software and the other is tracked by the operating system, I would think the two dates would still match. So I'm hoping for some documented difference between where the two dates are coming from that would explain the difference. Thanks!
When I create and modify a PDF document I see the same dates.
