However, I'm still curious if anyone can tell me exactly which lens EXIF entries the LPC requires, and why it doesn't complain when there is no EXIF at all!

simonsaith Apr 26, 2011 11:16 PM (in response to evnglst2)ALPC could be useful in some cases where no EXIF metadata are recorded by the imaging device. In those usage scenarios, it just meant automatic lens profile detection will not work. But the user can still apply the lens profile manually. ALPC does not try to prevent such use cases.
