I've been trying to use some themes in premiere lately and every time I try to apply it I get a progress bar that reaches 100%. As soon as it does though I get a pop up saying, "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into the drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR1"
that I'm unable to close unless I force premiere closed through the task manager.
I've never really had any issues with the program before and I can't seem to find any information on the help pages regarding this problem. Would anyone happen to know what might be causing this and how I can fix it?
Welcome to the forum.
Did you install from media, or from a download file?
It appears that you did not install the Functional Content, so the program is looking for that material on a DVD.
Do you also get a message, upon launch, that you have a reduced set of Content?
